The chapter closes with a powerful assurance. Those who know Krishna in all three dimensions — as present in the physical world (adhibhuta), in the divine realm (adhidaiva), and as the essence of all sacrifice (adhiyajna) — their understanding is so complete, so deeply rooted, that even at the moment of death, it does not falter.

Adhibhuta is Krishna's presence in the material world. Adhidaiva is His presence in the realm of the gods. Adhiyajna is His presence in the sacred act of offering. The person who recognizes Krishna across all three levels has knowledge that nothing can shake — not even the ultimate transition.

There is no need to fear death when hearing this shloka. It is a promise of continuity. What is known deeply in life does not vanish at life's end. The person who has truly understood, who has lived this understanding, carries it through the final door. And with this, Chapter 7 opens the gateway to Chapter 8.

This is the concluding shloka of Chapter 7. The three terms — adhibhuta, adhidaiva, adhiyajna — become the very first questions Arjuna asks at the opening of Chapter 8. In this way, 7.30 serves as a bridge from Gyana Vignyana Yoga to Akshara Brahma Yoga.

The Brihadaranyaka Upanishad teaches that the one who knows at the time of death is liberated. The Gita's 'prayana-kale api cha mam te viduh' is a straightforward rendering of that same Upanishadic truth.
