Krishna says something generous here. Everyone reaches the same destination, but the roads can differ. Some people still the mind through meditation and see the Self directly within.

Others arrive through Sankhya — through discrimination and clear thinking. And still others reach the Self through Karma Yoga — performing their duties selflessly while seeing the divine in every action. All three paths are valid. Whichever suits a person's nature, that is the one for them.

This is one of the most open-hearted teachings in the Gita. The path to moksha is not a single narrow road. Meditation, analytical knowledge, and selfless action are all recognized as genuine paths. This spirit of synthesis is a defining quality of the Bhagavad Gita.

In the Gita Press edition, this is the twenty-fifth shloka. The next verse (13.26) addresses yet another group: those who cannot meditate or analyze — what about them?
