📖 Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 18 — Moksha Sannyasa Yoga
य इमं परमं गुह्यं मद्भक्तेष्वभिधास्यति ।
भक्तिं मयि परां कृत्वा मामेवैष्यत्यसंशयः ॥
Ya imam paramam guhyam madbhakteshv abhidhasyati
Bhaktim mayi param kritva mam evaishyaty asamshayah
परमम् गुह्यम्
the supreme secret
मद्भक्तेषु
among My devotees
अभिधास्यति
will share, will expound
भक्तिम् मयि पराम्
supreme devotion to Me
माम् एव एष्यति
will come to Me alone
असंशयः
without doubt

Now comes the other side. Whoever takes this supreme secret — the knowledge of the Gita — and shares it among those who are ready, among Krishna's devotees, that person performs the highest act of devotion. And the result? They will come to Krishna. No doubt about it.

Teaching is itself a form of bhakti. When a person sits down with others and shares what the Gita says — not for fame, not for authority, but because the knowledge is precious and deserves to reach those who will honor it — that act is a form of worship. The lamp that lights another lamp does not lose its own flame.

The word 'asamshayah' — without doubt — closes the statement with absolute certainty. Krishna places no conditions on this promise beyond the act of sincere sharing among devotees.

This shloka is the foundation of the guru-parampara — the tradition of passing knowledge from teacher to student. Sharing sacred knowledge with the right audience is itself considered a supreme act of service.

Krishna does not set elaborate qualifications for the teacher. The requirement is simple: share it among devotees, with devotion. The result is assured.
