The eighth anuvak asks for the grace of the major Vedic deities — Agni, Indra, Soma, Sarasvati, Vishnu, the Ashvins, the Maruts — and then the favour of all three worlds. It is a comprehensive invocation of the entire Vedic divine order.

पूषा च मे बृहस्पतिश्च मे मित्रश्च मे वरुणश्च मे ।
Pusha cha me brihaspatishcha me mitrashcha me varunashcha me |

अश्विनौ च मे मरुतश्च मे विश्वे च मे देवाः ।
Ashvinau cha me marutashcha me vishve cha me devah |

पृथिवी च मेऽन्तरिक्षं च मे द्यौश्च मे ।
Prithivii cha me'ntariksham cha me dyaushcha me |

अन्तरिक्षम्
the atmosphere, the middle realm
द्यौः
the heavenly realm
May earth, the atmosphere, and the heavenly realm all be favourable to me — the three Vedic worlds in harmony.
