Krishna opens the door wide. Not everyone follows the bhakti path described in 9.13-14. Some worship through jnana-yajna — the offering of knowledge. Some see the divine as one (advaita). Some see it through many forms (dvaita). Some approach it in countless other ways.

All of these paths reach Krishna. The person who studies scripture as a form of worship, the one who sees the same atman in every creature, the one who lights a lamp before a specific deity — Krishna says they are all approaching him, each in their own way.

This is one of the Gita's most inclusive moments. No single method holds a monopoly on truth. The many rivers of human seeking flow into the same ocean.

Shloka 9.15 broadens the discussion. In 9.13-14, the bhakti path was described. Now, the jnana path and other approaches are honored equally.

The Rig Veda (1.164.46) declares: 'Ekam sat viprah bahudha vadanti' — the wise call the one truth by many names. That ancient Vedic vision is alive in Krishna's words 'bahudha vishvatomukham.'
