Salutation to Rudra who runs — and who runs with great swiftness.
Mantra 6
नम ईशानाय च ।
Nama iishaanaaya cha |
ईशानाय
to Ishana, lord of all
Salutation to Ishana — the lord and ruler of all creation.

The eighth anuvak praises Rudra's golden radiant form, his lordship over the earth, his role as commander and roaring sovereign, and concludes with the name Ishana — the lord of all.
